The theme of the meeting, One history, one vision, captures the way Teamnetwork combines more than seventy years of industrial experience with a development strategy built together with its people, customers, suppliers and everyone who contributes to delivering its projects.

The company's entrepreneurial roots go back to 1952. Today Teamnetwork operates through an integrated service platform covering quarry and mine management, logistics and transport, civil and industrial construction, plant engineering, industrial and building maintenance, energy and environmental technologies. This structure allows the company to stay alongside the client throughout the entire life cycle of a project, from design to delivery, including operation and maintenance.

Quarries and logistics

How the extraction sites are organised, the ongoing expansion of the vehicle fleet and the management of the volumes handled each year.

Projects and engineering

The portfolio of completed works, the expertise built up in industrial and plant engineering, and the ability to manage projects of widely different size and complexity.

Sustainability

The presentation of the company's first Sustainability Report, developed according to the principles of the voluntary VSME standard, and the work under way to make environmental, organisational and social impacts increasingly measurable.

Quality, health, safety and environment

The evolution of the QHSE system and the investment in training and continuous professional development, supported by digital tools for compliance management and risk prevention. Teamnetwork operates under an Integrated Management System certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Governance and compliance

The update of the Organisation, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, and the strengthening of the internal controls dedicated to legality, transparency and accountability.

Digital innovation

New fleet monitoring systems, aerial photogrammetric surveys carried out with a very high precision drone, and the automation of operating processes at the excavation sites as well as of administrative workflows.

People as the distinguishing factor

A significant part of the day was devoted to human capital. Training, skills development, employee welfare and recognition of experience are essential to guaranteeing operational continuity, service quality and the ability to take on increasingly complex projects.

The same principle guides Teamnetwork's relationship with the local area, supported through social, cultural and sporting initiatives. Among these, the partnership with Teamnetwork Albatro Siracusa is a project that combines participation and social value with sport.

The 2026 Italian Cup won by Albatro

The trophy, a genuine symbol of a successful community project, was presented by club president Laudani to CEO Alessandro Di Stefano.

The company shared the achievement with everyone present, recalling the values that sport and business have in common: team spirit, discipline, accountability, determination and a long-term outlook.

Looking ahead

The day closed with the next lines of development: the progressive electrification of the works vehicles, greater process automation, stronger digital tools and the consolidation of ESG reporting.

These are goals Teamnetwork intends to pursue while staying faithful to the principle that ran through the whole meeting: a history built over time, and a vision shared with the people who work with the company and grow alongside it.
