Teamnetwork S.r.l. has started Superbonus 110% renovation and energy efficiency work on a residential condominium with a total of 24 homes across two buildings. The energy efficiency works planned are set out below.
The following energy efficiency works are planned:
Repair work and damp-proofing treatment along the non-residential band
Repair and insulation of balconies
Treatment of the elevations and external thermal insulation applied to them
Repair and insulation of the flat roof
Treatment of thermal bridges
Replacement of window frames and shutters with high-performance units
Replacement of heat generators
A photovoltaic system for every home, storage batteries and charging points
