Teamnetwork: project management for the biomass thermoelectric power plant in Argentina

Teamnetwork carried out project management for Silvateam for the construction of a biomass thermoelectric power plant in Argentina.

The assignment covered the management of the project for the construction of a 14 MW steam power plant with a Siemens turbine - revamping of the existing steam generator - plant automation - water treatment systems - pipework connections, road construction and biomass handling.

The project was carried out over 12 months, covering erection, commissioning and start-up.
