Teamnetwork has completed the Superbonus 110% renovation and energy efficiency works at the GEC condominium in Syracuse, a building made up of 16 residential units.
The units started from energy class D; at the end of the works the building as a whole reached class A2, a jump of four full energy classes.
Working alongside the Archistrutture engineering practice, Teamnetwork completed the energy upgrade in just four months.
The works carried out consist of insulation of the vertical opaque surfaces (external thermal insulation system), insulation of the flat roofs, replacement of the existing windows and shading systems with new high-performance ones, replacement of the heating system in every dwelling, and installation of a photovoltaic system on each block with battery storage serving the communal utilities.
RIELLO boilers, BAUMIT external thermal insulation system, PREMIX SPA building materials, VIESSMANN photovoltaic modules (two 10 kWp systems and one of 6 kWp), HUAWEI inverters and storage batteries (two 20 kWh storage systems and one of 10 kWh), ALSISTEM thermally broken aluminium window frames.
Latest-generation materials certified to the Italian CAM minimum environmental criteria, skilled workers who are trained and hold process certifications, control of schedules and execution performance, high on-site safety standards and technical and administrative acceptance tests all passed.
Both the external insulation system and the installation of the windows hold all the required certifications (ETAG, EAD, ETA, CE, CAM).
