Teamnetwork carried out the refurbishment of the elevations, together with the conservative restoration of the stonework, the rebuilding of the stone corbels and the repair of the iron window grilles.
Working with PREMIX, it was possible to carry out this work using dehumidifying materials from the NATURAL line: the product Megasan FS for the desalination treatment; Natural Aggrappante, used as a breathable bonding coat on masonry, as well as a premixed mortar based on pure natural hydraulic lime NHL 5 with carefully selected limestone and silica aggregates; Natural Tonachina, used as a breathable finishing coat on masonry; Natural Intonaco, used for the breathable rendering of masonry; and Silikontop as a thin-layer mineral paste finish, based on siloxane resin, highly breathable, extremely water-repellent, washable and resistant to the weather.
